Britney Spears has had to live a very sheltered life at points of her career. Now more than ever, the singer is looking to find light in a dark time.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic has forced Britney to be more compounded than ever, she is trying to find different ways to past the time. This includes working out, cooking, and dancing.

The pop star has been swirling and twirling in her Instagram videos to different songs. Often in her captions, she gives a little background on what her clip is about or what inspired them.

In addition to routines, she is no stranger to putting on a fashion show.

While some fans feel that she is being just like any other social media user, her messy hair and black eyeliner worry others that the singer is actually in need of help.

After multiple screenshots of commentators telling her to wear a certain color if she needs help (and her wearing the color in her next video) went viral, she took to Instagram to tell fans that she's being happy and authentic.

'Be on your guard, Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous, Be strong' read the message she posted to her profile.

Spears accompanied the picture alongside a caption that read: ' I get how some people might not like my posts or even understand them, but this is Me being happy ….. this is Me being authentic and as real as it gets !!!!! I want to inspire people to do the same and just be themselves without pleasing others ….. that’s the key to happiness 🌸🌸🌸🌸 !!!!!!'

This immediately made fans who were already worry -- worry more.

One asked: 'But are you ok.'

Another commented: '#freebritney.'

This concerned social media user wrote: 'are you ok britt?give us sign.'

Do you think Britney is trying to tell us something?
