Emily's take on the suit has been a bit controversial. Some have stated that Julia Roberts wearing a miniskirt and shirtless blazer to an award show is different than women wearing a suit of the same type and design to the modern-day workplace. Emily's clothes are always praised for their beauty and design but the most negative criticisms seem to center around their impracticality. This is often seen when Emily or Inamorata Woman promotes some of their bathing suits.
