Just hours after news broke that Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are on a break, the rapper announced that his highly anticipated single would be released on Friday. The song titled Highest In the Room dropped at midnight and is filled with telling lyrics that match the reports of why the parents have decided to split for now.

Travis first premiered a snippet of the song months ago during a Kylie campaign and then at a concert. Since then, loyal fans have been begging for the rapper to release the full tune.

As good as the beat is, listeners couldn't help but notice the things that Scott chose to discuss -- other than being the highest in the room.

'I’m doin' a show, I'll be back soon (Soon)/That ain't what she wanna hear (Nah).'

This backs up the reports that claim the couple was on different pages at the time. Travis is constantly on the road with his music and Kylie is at the prime of her career recently reaching billionaire status.

He also sings: 'When I'm with you, I feel alive/You say you love me, don't you lie (Yeah)/Won't cross my heart, don't wanna die.'

According to sources close to the situation, there is no lack of love between Kylie and Travis but it has changed since they first became parents to Stormi.

Recently, the KUWK star was spotted in the parking lot of  the studio where Tyga was recording. Rumors immediately swirled that the exes had a 2 a.m date.

This caused Jenner to clarify what happened that night and comment on her status with her baby's daddy.

'The internet makes everything 100 times more dramatic than what it really is. There was no “2am date with Tyga”. You see me drop two of my friends off at a studio that he happened to be at.'

She then added: ' Travis and i are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi.  our friendship and our daughter is priority.'
