Rebel Wilson Reaches Her Goal Weight With One Month To Spare!
The actress’ weight loss journey has been very successful! That being said, Rebel Wilson took to social media to reveal that she’s already achieved her goal weight with one month to spare!
That’s right! The Pitch Perfect star shared that she’s managed to get to her ideal weight four weeks or so earlier that what she’d imagined!
The star explained why the number on the scale doesn’t actually really matter to her but also why it was still important that she sets one in her mind just so that she feels like she’s working towards a goal.
Rebel posted on her IG Stories that ‘[I] Hit my goal with a month to spare! Even though it is not about a weight number, it is about being healthy, I needed that tangible measurement to have as a goal and it was 75 kgs.’
Indeed, she’s previously revealed back in May that her goal weight was 75 kilograms, which is about 165, in pounds.
Ever since then, she has kept her followers updated with posts on her progress, showing her healthier and happier life.
She went on to tell fans that ‘I wanna go live on Insta on Tuesday night when I’m back in US to share stuff with you guys and thank everyone for their support. Sooo until then...6p NYC time.’
This comes after, just earlier this month, she revealed while on The Drew Barrymore Show, that she had dropped no less than 40 pounds already!
She explained that ‘I love my curves and stuff, I don't think I'll ever go too skinny, but I feel so much healthier, For the last few years I have been theme-ing my years. I had the Year of Fun, last year, the Year of Love, and this year it is gonna be the Year of Health because I turned 40 this year in March. I never really focused on my health. I was going around the world jet setting everywhere and eating a ton of sugar. That was sort of my vice. I've a very sweet tooth, I love desserts.’
