The competition is heating up on the new season of Celebrity Big Brother. While former Trump staffer Anthony Scaramucci did little to impress viewers in his reality TV debut, comedian Tom Green is stepping up to the plate and believes he has what it takes to win it all.
Scaramucci has a long ways to go if he wants to match last season’s performance from Omarosa Manigault Newman. After bashing Trump on the show and admitting that things are about to get really bad, Newman ended her run on the show and released a tell-all memoir about her time in the White House.

Having released his own memoir last year, Scaramucci does not plan on following in Newman’s shoes. He also did not bash Trump in front of the cameras and admitted that he still has a good relationship with the president.
While Scaramucci does not plan on making waves this season, he confessed that his lack of athletic ability has made for an embarrassing outing so far.
“I’m having a horrible time, embarrassing myself with my athletic prowess,” he shared. “Being on cable news and answering tough questions, that’s nothing compared to an HOH competition.”
To his credit, the head of household activity this season was anything but easy. According to The Daily Beast, contestants had to rock old-fashioned attire and snag champagne in wine glasses while playing on enormous swings. Needless to say, things didn’t go too well for Scaramucci.
Green, on the other hand, believes he has a good shot at winning this season. The comedian thinks that his Celebrity Big Brother co-stars underestimate his desire to win and are not expecting him to come out with an elaborate game plan.

Although he acts goofy on the outside, Green is serious about the competition and wants to win very badly. That does not mean Green will beat out the rest of his housemates, but it definitely helps to have a winning mentality.
Both Scaramucci and Green are up for elimination against alliance-savvy Jonathan Bennett.
The new season of Celebrity Big Brother premiered Monday night on CBS.
