'Vanderpump Rules's Lala Kent Unrecognizable In Role For New Movie Starring Al Pacino
Lala Kent has been uploading photos from the set of a new movie she's starring in alongside the legendary Al Pacino. Those who know her from 'Vanderpump Rules' may find her to look unrecognizable.
The film is a period drama titled 'Axis Sally' and is being filmed in Puerto Rico. In addition to Al Pacino, Kate Bosworth will appear along with the reality star.
'Axis Sally's IMDB page describes the premise as follows: "An American woman named Mildred Gillars [who] broadcast Nazi propaganda during World War II. She was dubbed Axis Sally by the American GI's who simultaneously loved and hated her. The story plunges the viewer into the dark underbelly of the Third Reich's hate-filled propaganda machine, Axis' eventual capture and treason trial in Washington D.C. after the war."
In the photos from set, Kent appears as a plain Jane -- something the bombshell blonde is never described as in real life.
Her fiance, Randall Emmett, is a well-known producer responsible for having a part in producing multiple movies but most notably receiving credit for the hit Starz series 'Power.'
He uploaded a picture of his soon-to-be wife alongside a caption that read: "@lalakent proud of you and this role that your crushing from the 1940s they all going to be blown away!!"
Lala has been posting about her new gig via Instagram Stories but took some time out to speak to followers about self-love.
The 'Vanderpump Rules' star shared a snapshot of herself posing in a bathing suit and titled the upload: "I believe everyone should be in love with themselves. Think about what that means... When you’re in love, that means you’ve accepted that person, imperfections and all. Why wouldn’t you want to show yourself that kind of love."
This isn't Lala's first starring role, she received mixed reviews from a horror film about sorority girls titled 'The Row' last year that will be back with a sequel. Lala's IMDB page also reveals that she will be appearing in two more movies after this one.
