The Keeping Up with the Kardashians celebrity claims that she is already trying to teach her ten-month-old baby girl, True, that she is ‘strong, confident and beautiful!’ It may seem too early but since growing up in the spotlight comes with a lot of uncensored negative opinions and even cyberbullying, it makes sense that Khloe Kardashian and her daughter are already practicing positive affirmations.

The mother of one wants her child to know she is really special and to build up her shield against haters for later on!

During a new interview for The Daily Telegraph’s Stellar magazine, Khloe shared that ‘I never considered myself overweight. I did not know that I was until I appeared on TV, and everyone told me I was ‘fat.’ I never really felt that way, because my family members never allowed me to.’

That is when she mentioned that ‘As silly as it sounds, I do positive affirmations with [True] in the morning.’

The Kardashian explained that their ritual might be ‘corny’, but they just look in the mirror together while the mother says things like ‘I am beautiful.’

Khloe is trying her best to be as good of a mother as she can, and this kind of thing is part of her job description.

‘It’s my job to make her feel that no matter what she looks like, she is strong and confident and beautiful, and it is OK to embrace all different shapes and sizes, and ethnicities. My entire family's a melting pot of races and skin tones and hair colors and heights. That is our reality, and our children need to know how beautiful diversity is.’

That sounds great and it will certainly start to do wonders for True’s self-esteem as soon as she understands more of what is going on!

What do you think about Khloe’s parenting ways?
