According to an insider report, Rihanna chose to spend Christmas with her rumored boyfriend, ASAP Rocky, in Barbados! That being said, the source also claimed that the two artists are getting more and more serious as far as their romance is concerned so it’s no surprise they wanted to share the holiday spirit with one another!
ASAP Rocky was seen arriving at the airport in Barbados just the other day and people already knew why!
After all, it’s the homeland of his alleged flame, Rihanna!
Then, one source shared with HollywoodLife that the famous singer was the one to invite him over for the holidays, adding that she was super excited to have him alongside her on Christmas at her secluded villa!
According to the insider, her friends are really happy for her: ‘It’s a huge sign of how happy she’s with him. Rihanna’s all about family so the fact that she invited him is really meaningful,. Her friends are taking this as a sign that she is getting serious with him.’
The two celebs have actually been close friends for many years and there have even been romance rumors in the past but nothing actually happened until later this year – or at least that is when they were seen on a dinner date!
Fans had been convinced Rihanna and Rocky were dating a year or so before but giving how private they are, nothing has been confirmed officially at this point.
As for him, another source told the same news outlet that there was no way he was going to miss spending the holidays with Rihanna.
‘They had plans all along for him to join her. He just had to tie up a few loose ends before flying out. He is so excited to spend their first Christmas together.
