Hot New Hip Hop said today that Nicole Young, the estranged wife of the mega-producer, Dr. Dre, was spotted leaving her lawyer's office in Los Angeles. It marks the first time she's been seen out in public ever since news of her divorce from the Compton rapper became common knowledge.

According to HNHH, sources saw Nicole leaving her attorney's office not long after she filed for divorce on the 29th of June, Monday. She reportedly had a three-hour meeting with her attorney there.

The outlet says Nicole left the Century City building alongside one of her lawyers regarding a divorce that may cost $800 million. Reportedly, Nicole filed for divorce in LA following 24 years of marriage. Dr. Dre and Nicole tied the knot on the 25th of May, 1996.

She cited irreconcilable differences as the cause, and other reports have claimed that Dr. Dre and Nicole Young did not sign a prenuptial agreement when they first married over twenty years ago.

Regarding the iconic producer's net worth, estimates claim Dr. Dre is currently worth short of a billion dollars. In addition to his very successful career as a recording and performing artist, Dre and Jimmy Iovine sold Dre Beats to Apple which went on to become one of the most successful headphone brands to hit the market.

Reportedly, Dre and Nicole will go to court to determine who gets what in their divorce settlement, including the massive fortune as well as his $60 million real estate portfolio. Dre owns a home in Brentwood Estate as well as a house in the gated Pacific Palisades community.

Currently, Dre and Young have two children together, including Truice and Truly. Both of their daughters are legal adults. Put simply, this means child support payments will not be an issue.

In other news, it was revealed by Kanye West that Dr. Dre was currently in the middle of making his own version of his gospel album, Jesus Is King . Kanye's last record broke several records as one of the highest performing gospel albums of all time.
