YouTuber Brooke Houts Caught On Tape Allegedly Abusing Her Dog By Hitting And Spitting On Him — Watch The Disturbing Video

YouTube user Brooke Houts is currently under investigation for allegedly abusing her dog, but has already been convicted by the court of public opinion. After accidentally uploading a video to her YouTube channel where she hit and even spit on her Doberman, people are outraged and sounding off. Animal advocates are getting involved and according to reports by TMZ, the Los Angeles Police Department has launched an investigation into the incident. In the video below, Brooke is seen smacking her dog, Sphinx, when he jumps up to play with her. At one point she wrestled the dog to the ground and was seen spitting on his head. Sphinx seemed unfazed by the behavior making many wonder if this is Brooke's normal interaction with her dog.

Brooke released a statement saying that she does not abuse Sphinx or any other animal, but those who have watched the video beg to disagree. Many people choose to never raise their hands to their pets and wouldn't dare spit on their beloved dogs.

Here is the statement that Brooke Houts released in her defense.

"I am NOT a dog abuser or animal abuser in any way, shape, or form. Anyone who has witnessed or heard true animal abuse will be able to clearly see that. My dog, in no way, shape or form was hurt by any action that I displayed in this video."

As she was seen pushing, shoving, hitting, yelling, and spitting on the dog, many people believe that she was abusive towards Sphinx and they aren't holding back in their criticism.
