As news spread around about Tekashi 6ix9ine’s recent arm injury, and he first trolled everyone that it was an injury after a street brawl, the rapper shared a video, revealing the truth about his injury. Critics have thought that he really got in trouble…
After getting back his freedom from house arrest, everyone was expecting Tekashi 6ix9ine to get in trouble again. He went out to the mall, posed for photos with fans, gave strangers cash, and went to restaurants.
However, 6ix9ine has been on his best behavior lately, until August 11, when he shared a video of him with his injured arm. The video was shot in the hospital, and the caption says, “I got caught lacking in these streets.”
But TMZ reached out to the rapper and he revealed that he did not injure his arm in a fight. Actually, it all happened in his home, in the middle of the night, and it wasn’t even his fault!
He was walking downstairs at 3:00 a.m. towards his kitchen when he tripped over his French bulldog. Trying to break his fall, he caught his hand on the banister, hurting his wrist. The rapper thought it was not a big deal, until later that morning. He had no idea that his wrist was actually broken.
6ix9ine woke up in pain that morning, so his team advised him to go for an X-ray at the hospital. There, he learned that he had broken a “bone in the back of his wrist.” The artist said that he would have to wear a cast for up to five weeks.
The 24-year-old rap artist then took a walk in a New York department store, saying in another video he shared on Instagram: “I will forever be the King of New York, and it makes y’all so mad that IM OUTSIDE EVERYDAY !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !! !!”
