The statement reads: ‘We can confirm Mr. Weinstein has a fever and that he is being closely monitored by medical staff at Wende CF for which the legal defence team is grateful. He has numerous conditions including a heart condition, high blood pressure and also spinal stenosis.  We're working with the NYSDOCCS and the team at Wende CF to ensure that Mr. Weinstein receives proper medical attention.’
