Game of Thrones actor Joseph Gatt arrested on suspicion of pedophilia
The Los Angeles Police Department of Juvenile Affairs arrested 47-year-old Joseph Gatt (“Game of Thrones“). According to Deadline, the actor is suspected of pedophilia.
Police say detectives ransacked Gutt’s home. Law enforcement did this after they received information that the actor engaged in online sexually explicit communication with minors.
Now the police are looking for other alleged victims. The actor himself denies all allegations. Gatt told his Twitter followers that there had been a mistake, and he was cooperating with law enforcement to prove his innocence.
Joseph Gatt played the role of Thenn warg in Game of Thrones. The artist can also be seen in such film projects as Teen Wolf and NCIS: New Orleans. In the movie Thor, the actor played the giant Grundroth.
Police allege that on April 6, at 4:45 a.m., spies issued a search warrant for a resident of the Gatt’s Fairfax area home and said they did so “when they were informed that Gatt State Letters I’m engaging in sexually explicit online conversations with a minor. Detectives later arrested the “actor” for a sex offender;
Gatt later posted a statement on his social media channel calling the allegations “horrific and completely false.” The actor said, “I have confirmed the errors and misleading information in today’s press release,” but indicated that he was “fully cooperating with the police and LAPD to get to the bottom of it.”
