It would have been more respectful and acceptable if Eva Marcille had just hyphenated her daughter's last name e.g....McCall-Sterling. This would have reflected her and her children l having the Sterling sur name and also maintaining her biological father's sur nsme.

It would have been more respectful and acceptable if Eva Marcille had just hyphenated her daughter's last as in...McCall-Sterling. This would have reflected her and her children carrying all having the Sterling sure name and also acknowledging her biological heritage from her father and his parent's sur name.
