It sounds like this third pregnancy is getting more and more challenging for Chrissy Teigen. The model and cookbook author has reportedly been hospitalized after experiencing a lot of bleeding while expecting her and singer John Legend’s second son and third addition to the family.
The celeb took to social media to explain what she’s been going through and updated her millions of followers on how the baby has been doing as well.
As you might have heard from Chrissy, while she’s experienced some slight complications during her other two pregnancies, this time around, things are much worse.
Because she’s having a ‘high-risk’ pregnancy, she was previously ordered by medical specialists to remain on continuous bed rest after having some scary bleeding.
But it seems like that was not enough and that things got even worse, Chrissy needing hospitalization.
The pregnant celeb shared on her IG Stories from her hospital bed that ‘I’m about halfway through pregnancy, and the blood has been going on for like a month. So like, maybe a little bit less than a month, but we’re talking like more than your period, girls. And definitely not spotting. A lot of people spot, and it’s usually fine. But yeah, mine was a lot.’
She went on to explain that every single time she goes to the bathroom, there is bleeding and that is not all!
There would also be blood if she just lays in bed and does nothing else as well.
‘But today the big difference was that it kind of was like if you were to just kind of turn a faucet on low and leave it there and just kind of leave it. And it’s so weird because I feel really good. I’m usually at my happiest pregnant mood-wise. I feel happier than I do when not pregnant. That’s why it’s so, so hard for me to come to terms with,’ she shared with her millions of followers.
And since the bleeding did not stop at all, she had to go to the hospital!
