Lily James And Dominic West Possibly In Trouble With The Law After PDA In Rome – Details!
Earlier this month, Lily James and Dominic West packed the PDA while in Rome and they made many headlines because of it. However, it turns out that their public display of affection might get them in trouble with the law!
Apparently, the star couple is likely to get fined for kissing and getting cozy while shooting their TV mini-series titled The Pursuit of Love in the romantic city.
That’s right! It sounds like their PDA could be having some unforeseen consequences.
This comes after The Sun also reported that the actors might end up being fined after the pictures of them riding around on a scooter together around Rome surfaced.
The publication explained that Italy has some strict laws in place when it comes to people riding scooters amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Local councilor, Stefano Marin shared with the news outlet that ‘The law is quite clear: riding tandem on an e scooter is forbidden. It is a breach of the highway code and breach of the new Covid-19 laws. You’re supposed to maintain social distance and riding in tandem on a scooter isn’t keeping social distance. Now we’ve been made aware of this we shall be investigating. The law’s equal for all.’
While getting fines is definitely a possibility, it is yet unknown whether the local police has pressed charges against the actors or not.
As for how much Lily and Dominic could be fined, that’s also unclear but The Sun mentioned the total might be around $240.
In the meantime, one source shared via E! News about their PDA that ‘At the end of lunch, Lily sat next to Dominic and he couldn’t resist kissing her neck and stroking her. They then visited the nearby church and Dominic placed his hand on Lily’s butt.’
