“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams is having the best year of her life because all of her dreams have become a reality. After meeting and falling for the love of her life, the housewife is pregnant and engaged.
While covering Porsha’s engagement on the “Wendy Williams Show” the talk show host threw some subtle shade towards Porsha and her fiance, Dennis McKinley.
She revealed that the gorgeous diamond is worth around $750,000. However, Wendy made it clear that she isn’t completely convinced that Porsha will actually wed her new beau.
While going over the details of the reality star’s proposal (which included a helicopter and musician Lil Mo), the talk show host commented: “And that’s just the ring. Wait until you see the band once they actually make it down the aisle — if they make it down the aisle.”
The two hosts have a history of throwing shade at each other.
In 2013, Wendy stopped watching “RHOA” for a substantial amount of time.
During a session on Dish Nation, Porsha had a theory on why Wendy didn’t want to see the series.
“I can totally get why Wendy Williams would hate watching Black women tear Black women down. She has her own show to do it on!”
Regardless of any negative comments, Porsha is excited to become a mother after suffering a miscarriage six years ago.
“I suffer with fibroids and had to have a myomectomy. So just the fear of, ‘Is the baby going to be okay? Will I make it full term?’ All those questions that you ask if you’ve had a miscarriage before,” she explained. “Going into the first appointment and being able to see baby and hear baby and know that baby is fine, then I can really wrap my mind around actually becoming a mommy… It’s just the sweetest moment of my life right now.”
Do you think Wendy was being shady? Are Porsha and Dennis going to last?
