Wendy Williams isn’t pulling any punches. The TV host just slammed Kanye West for gaining weight amid his epic mental breakdown. Not only did she compare the rapper to Rob Kardashian — who has struggled with weight issues — but she also believes West is dealing with some major mental issues.
Williams’ comments were in response to a photo of West that recently hit the internet. The picture caught West as he left his business in Calabasas, CA. It’s pretty clear in the photo that Ye’ has gained some extra pounds, and Williams immediately joined the chorus of fans were also criticizing him for the weight gain. Once she started bashing West, Williams couldn’t stop.
“He needs a breast reduction. His belly is just… slob… you look worse than Rob [Kardashian] on Rob’s worst day… From the neck down what a mess,” she explained in a recent video.

Williams added that she never knew West could get as big as he has over the past few months. She then compared his rapid weight gain to what many women struggle with and said she wanted to frame the photo for her office wall.
While Williams was just trying to be funny, West’s weight gain wasn’t the only thing she targeted.
According to People, Williams also took a shot at West’s mental health and bashed him for supporting President Donald Trump’s administration. Williams believes West’s constant rants on Twitter are a sign of mental illness.

That said, West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, recently opened up about her husband’s behavior on social media and assured everyone that he isn’t losing his mind.
In fact, Kardashian criticized the media for demonizing West’s Twitter comments and linking them to a mental health issue. While most people view his rants on social media as strange and erratic, Kardashian says that he’s just trying to be creative in the way he expresses himself.
Mental Health is no joke and the media needs to stop spitting that out so casually. Bottom line

Without more information, it’s hard to tell what is really going on behind the scenes. We can only hope that Kardashian is right, and that West isn’t dealing with another breakdown.
West has not responded to Wendy Williams’ comments about his weight. The rapper is currently working on a new album, which is a joint collaboration with Kid Cudi. The project, titled Kids See Ghost, is expected to hit stores on June 1.
Kanye West has also helped produce several other albums this year including ones for Nas, Pusha T, and Teyana Taylor.
