Candice Swanepoel is a woman of many talents. In addition to being a Victoria’s Secret angel, the 30-year-old supermodel is the mother of two children with partner Hermann Nicoli. Her first son Anaca Nicoli was born in October 2016, and her second son Ariel Nicoli was born in June 2018. The mother of two frequently shares photos on her official Instagram account with her 13.4 million followers about her life, her children, and her gorgeous figure that doesn’t bear one trace of pregnancy or postpartum. Many of her followers are simply amazed that she is the mother of two children and had pregnancies close together.
Candice shared a photo that is going viral that gives a hint as to how she keeps her angel figure in top shape. Candice was photographed in a black and white picture that shows her practicing a yoga stretch.
With one leg tucked underneath her, bent at the knee, and her second leg stretched out then bent, you can see as Candice arches her back so that the tip of her toes nearly touch the back of her head. Candice studied ballet in her youth and it is clear to see that she has maintained the flexibility she obtained through her ballet training.
