According to new reports, Real Housewives of Orange County celeb Vicki Gunvalson has sold the house she had previously bought for daughter Briana Culberson. Apparently, the Orange County home Briana was supposed to live in with her family was sold for a bit under $1 million.
The, 2,500 sq. ft., four bedroom, four bath house situated in the Ladera Ranch area was purchased last year by Vicki for Briana, her hubby Ryan, and their children to live in.
At the time, they wanted to return to Orange County from Oklahoma where they had lived during Ryan’s work in the Marine Corps.
In fact, Gunvalson’s storyline last season of RHOC was mainly focused on Vicki and her daughter remodeling the house that features hardwood floors, office space, an outdoor fireplace, guest room, a long driveway and quality stainless steel kitchen appliances.
However, Briana, whose relationship with her controlling mom is well known on the show, decided to move away from Orange County once again, this time to North Carolina.
‘Today it became official! Moving back to my home state of North Carolina in two weeks to live a simpler stress-free life,’ Ryan announced on social media.
The loving mother was devastated last summer when it was revealed that Briana has been struggling with lupus.
The daughter has been openly talking about her health issues on the show for years, and in season 11 she finally disclosed she was battling lupus following a health scare.
In 2016 she was rushed to the hospital after her conditioned worsened.
In September, Vicki put the house she bought for Briana and her family for sale.
At first, she asked $989,000, but later on, ended up dropping the price to $969,000.
The reality TV star managed to make $170,000 on the deal.
