While Bravo fans are anticipating the Bravo Super Bowl with the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, Andy Cohen and the cast of Vanderpump Rules already taped their Zoom sit down. Both Jax Taylor and Tom Sandoval spilled on what to expect.
Due to the global restrictions brought on by the coronavirus, many shows have had their production come to a screeching halt. However, reunions are simply a rehashing of what went down during the season.
The VPR stars quietly filmed their special last week. The cast revealed their looks online. Just like the ladies of RHOA, they didn’t skimp on the glam.
Jax recently opened up about being ‘blindsided’ by his castmates. He started off the season seemingly a changed man but a glimpse of old Jax made its way into the final episodes of the eighth season.
Taylor told E! Online: ‘But the reunion, it was very intense. I didn’t think it was going to be that intense. The second part of the season, you know, I kind of had a couple of ups and downs, but like I tell everybody else, you follow somebody with the camera for six months and don’t have a couple of sit downs in your life. Tell me if that’s normal.’
Jax has been on the outs with his former best friend Tom Sandoval for months now.
Speaking of, Tom said that fans can expect some castmates owning up to a lot of things while others continue to make excuses for their behavior.
Overall, Vanderpump Rules fans agree that this has been the worst season thus far. While many were excited for the newbies, they just couldn’t find their ground with a relevant storyline while the drama with the OG’s felt forced.
Bravo fan page followers have raised the question of whether it would be a good idea to separate the cast and do an OG spin-off while prepping a new batch of SURvers to try to recreate the magic of working for Lisa Vanderpump.
