Vanderpump Rules: Kristen Doute Says Scheana Marie Carried Show On Her Back — Here’s Why Scheana Was Allegedly Told Not To Speak On Editor Drama
If you’ve been watching the latest season of Vanderpump Rules, you’ve probably noticed that the newbies wouldn’t have a storyline if it wasn’t for Scheana Marie. Kristen Doute is giving her co-star props for the way she was portrayed this season.
Kristen, who had a rough time of her own, spoke to the Mention It All podcast where she applauded Scheana for taking things in stride.
‘I just have so much respect for Scheana. I think she’s taken such a beating on this show. I feel like Scheana really carried this show on her f****** back this season.’
Not only did Scheana give Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni something to talk about but it was also revealed that an editor for VPR was purposely making her look bad.
Bri Dellinger shockingly admitted how she would piece together embarrassing scenes of Scheana because she didn’t try to be friends with her. The editor was fired — but not without trying to bring her co-workers down with her.
While the aspiring pop star has indirectly addressed the drama, she has allegedly been told by showrunners not to speak on the Bri Dellinger incident.
The reason being is because the network (and Andy Cohen) adamantly tells their stars that ‘bad editing’ isn’t the reason they appear the way they do in shows.
The scandal was bad for business because it made VPR seem even more scripted after they already had to deal with rumors surrounding the fight between Stassi Schroeder and Tom Sandoval where a bystander leaked video of what seemed to be a rehearsed fight.
Although she may not be able to say anything about it, Page Six reported that the 34-year-old is appreciative of the response she received from fans about the situation.
Do you agree that Scheana was the MVP of the installment?
