The SURvers on Vanderpump Rules have been living dramatic lives and finding themselves in intense situations for six seasons. Viewers just can’t seem to get enough of Stassi Schroeder, Scheana Marie, Tom Sandoval, Kristen Doute, Tom Schwartz, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney, James Kennedy, Lala Kent, Jax Taylor, and Brittany Cartwright while they live their lives and work for restaurateur and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump.
But at this point, you might ask if the cast has anything left to offer fans, and you might think the series could soon come to a close. But, executive producer Andy Cohen says that ending Vanderpump Rules doesn’t seem possible.

While speaking about his partnership with the Purina ONE Difference Campaign, Cohen talked about VPR’s future, and he says that the show can survive as long as the group remains involved in each other’s lives. And right now, they are – and it is all real.
“I think you see it’s going in different directions,” Cohen explains. “With Tom Tom opening and Stassi’s [Schroeder] doing event planning and Lisa’s [Vanderpump] always opening new places and expanding her business and James’ girlfriend [Raquel Leviss] wants to work at Vanderpump Dogs, so I just think that there’s a whole universe of places this show could go.”
Cohen has a point. The popular Bravo series has entertained viewers since its premiere in 2013, and it has come a long way in the last five years. It continues to increase in popularity, and Vanderpump has blossomed into a huge reality star who is a wildly successful businesswoman and animal activist.
Celebrities like Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lawrence, Rihanna, and Chrissy Teigen can’t get enough of the group at SUR, and the drama never ceases or disappoints. So, it would seem that the right thing to do would be to let Vanderpump Rules continue to do what it does best as long as possible.

But at first, Cohen wasn’t confident that the SUR staff would produce quality reality television. Vanderpump was adamant from the beginning that they should do the show, but Cohen had to meet some of the employees before he saw the potential.
Cohen had a party for his first book Most Talkative at SUR, and when he met Taylor and Schroeder he realized how hot they were, and he found the fact that they were sleeping together very interesting.
The end of season six may seem like a good stopping point since everyone was on decent terms and their lives were all moving in a positive direction. But, it would disappoint fans if they said goodbye right now.
So, the question is, at what point does it end? Cohen doesn’t have the answer and says he could never predict where everyone will end up because the show constantly surprises him. But, he did jokingly predict that “they’ll all end up in each other’s beds.”
New episodes of Vanderpump Rules should be returning to Bravo later this year.
