Tyrese has been engaging in an embarrassing and one-sided feud with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson for quite some time now, and it appears as if it may continue. As you may already know, Tyrese sent a series of Instagram messages to Dwayne not long ago where he criticized the wrestler-turned-actor for going forward with a spin-off film involving his Fast & Furious character, Hobbs.
After Tyrese ignored him several times and rejected his email, Ty has returned to the keyboard as a warrior once again and is claiming The Rock is responsible for the delay in the next installment of the series.
Tyrese used his Instagram to say that Dwayne’s actions are responsible for pushing the next film until April 2020. In a lengthy caption, Gibson alleged that Johnson is “making the franchise all about him” and took shots at his role in the failure, Baywatch, as well.
In a report from Variety, the publication stated Universal Pictures initially intended to release the film on the 19th of April, 2019, but now it will be a full one year later. However, the studio did not divulge precisely why they rescheduled the film.
Gibson’s post comes after his ex-wife claimed the actor is abusive to their daughter together. Celebrity Insider readers will remember his Instagram post where he addressed the allegations directly.
His ex-wife alleged the Fast and Furious star beat his daughter “with her arm” after she broke into her piggy bank. BET claimed that back on the 19th of August, Tyrese “went into a rage, pushed our daughter to the ground, pinned her down, put his knees on her back, grabbed her hands with one arm and beat with the other.”
