Trippie Redd Blasts Jay-Z For Apparent Weight-Gain
Jay-Z is easily one of the greatest rappers alive, but over the last decade and a half, he has managed to stay out of the limelight almost completely, with a few rare exceptions. While he's not in the headlines that often, the rapper is married to Beyonce Knowles, who might be one of the most visible stars.
Regardless, Jay-Z is almost guaranteed to make appearances at a number of events throughout the year, including the Met Gala, The Roc Nation Brunch, or private parties thrown by Beyonce or one of his close friends.
Hot New Hip Hop says Jay-Z mostly spends time at home, and also avoids social media like the plague. The rapper almost never posts pictures on his social media account, so when people want to see how he's been looking lately, they have to look at paparazzi photos.
The rapper was spotted out in Hawaii in recent news among many of his closest friends, and a picture was taken of him and Beyonce jumping into the water. Jay-Z has been the butt of many jokes after a photograph of his body was spread all over the internet.
Social media users have been joking that his body looks like it belongs to a middle-aged mother, rather than a grown man in his fifties. Other rappers joined the fun as well, including Trippie Redd , who mocked the legendary artist using a clever line.
The Ohio-based rapper wrote in the caption of the photograph, "444 pounds," which was obviously a call-back to the rapper's latest album, 4:44. This wouldn't be the first time a celebrity was subjected to intense scrutiny.
Kanye West, after famously declaring his support for the president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, said during an interview with TMZ that he got liposuction because he was worried about TMZ and other entertainment tabloids making fun of him for being fat.
