Travis Scott's New Single FRANCHISE Comes Out This Friday
It's been approximately two years since Travis Scott thrust himself into superstardom. Hot New Hip Hop reported today that the rapper released Rodeo to much fanfare, however, it was Astroworld that really made him a household name.
Since then, the rapper has been doing business deals with some of the most reputable companies in the world, including McDonald's, among others. His deal with McDonald's marked the first time the fast-food giants have worked with a celebrity since Michael Jordan in the early 1990s.
Fans of Scott know that when he drops a brand new project of some kind, there is usually a lot of merchandise that follows, including a Chicken McNugget pillow that sold for $90.
Reportedly, the rapper has a new project coming out this Friday. He announced on Friday of last week that it was available for pre-order. Moreover, George Condo, who did the artwork for My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy from Kanye, was announced as the artist who worked on "Franchise."
As it was just noted, the rapper has been working with McDonald's lately. The rapper released a plethora of merchandise with the company along with a brand new hamburger. The result of the deal has led to many teenagers blasting "Sicko Mode" while rolling up to McDonalds around the country.
Even though it's likely been a fantastic collaboration between the two entities, Scott and McDonalds, some fans have criticized his latest endeavors. For instance, Alexis Skyy, the Love and Hip Hop star, took to her social media earlier this week to say she had purchased a Travis Scott burger.
However, she didn't like it. Skyy posted a picture of the receipt and captioned the photo with a statement claiming she felt like she needed to throw up after eating it.
Furthermore, NLE Choppa, who recently announced his healthy new lifestyle, urged fans to put away their Scott hamburgers and eat fresh fruits and vegetables instead. The rapper also revealed he would be turning away from violent lyrics.
Either way, there has been a lot of good news in Scott's world ever since he and Kylie Jenner split up.
