As Today is getting ready to debut Megyn Kelly, we have learned that the production is completely done with the old cast and crew members. What is worse, the show did nothing special as a last goodbye or as a thank you for their contribution.

‘They had no party, or lunch or even drinks to say thank you. It was like the hour show never existed. It is all about Megyn Kelly. Al Roker’s the angriest. He’s been part of the Today family for a long time and is not happy about how he’s been treated,’ one insider on the set revealed.

Kelly is set to start hosting Today on Monday.

Apparently, Jenna Bush Hager was not even able to say her last goodbyes to the crew because on their last day together on the show, she was not in New York.

As for Tamron Hall, fans probably remember that she quit Today’s Take after following the announcement that Megyn Kelly would join the network.

Things don’t look too good for Kelly either.

Reportedly, the show’s producers had to practically beg fans to attend her segment as they initially weren’t able to sell out the entire studio.

NBC is worried that the 46-year-old Kelly will not be able to bring in the expected ratings.

Meanwhile, Megyn is well aware of the issue, and so she is very anxious about her September 25 debut.

Do you think Megyn Kelly will manage to exceed expectations or will she fail and disappoint the network? Will you be tuning in on Monday?

The real problem is the way NBC handled the whole thing. Kelly is bound to have a tough enough time because she is replacing some beloved people who have been part of many peoples day for many years. People are almost always uncomfortable with change. NBC is really making a mess out of things, and making it much tougher for themselves and Kelly.

I think it's really sad that they no longer have Al working now.... These companies have great employees that Build companies up and then let them go.. he is the star of that program.. he is serious he's funny he's professional why would you just literally let him go.. he makes that station .. when NBC falls on their face I hope these dedicated people that you have let go do not acknowledge your station.

I always watched Today's Take, but will not watch Megyn Kelly. After hearing all of the "hard" news reporting by my local station and Today, Today's Take was a pleasant respite from the ills of the world. When will NBC ever learn?

The show that should have been cut was the last hour with Hoda & Kathy Lee. That is the dumbest show on NBC. Just a bunch of drunks who have nothing to say. I will not be watching anymore. Back to GMA.

I like the Today Show but I do not care for Megyn Kelly at all. I think she is cold, disingenuous, unprofessional and only out for herself and for more money. I will not be watching her or the Today Show when she is on or any show that she is on for NBC and its affiliates. In addition, I believe that NBC will realize that hiring her for the amount of money (or any amount) is a mistake and this will be realized sooner rather than later. Her ratings will tank as did her Sunday evening show and she is simply not likeable or believable. Big Mistake NBC! Count me OUT!!
