Diva Tiny Harris is taking a stand and is calling for an investigation into a violent incident that took place in Hazle Township in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.

A group of students was caught in a nasty brawl at the Hazleton Area High School on Monday.

Videos of the fight went viral because they also showed an African-American student being forcibly restrained by many school police and resource officers.

The district's superintendent is defending the use of force by saying it "is part of the officers' training to de-escalate the situation."

T.I.'s wife said she hopes the girl files a lawsuit and added: "Thank for sharing @yandysmith this is all kinds of wrong! What the hell dis she do for you to snatch her by her hair after pinning her down on the table. Unacceptable! He needs to be fired, sued & his ass beat for this shit fr fr! Something really has to be done about this kind of behavior from our so-called ppl put in a position to help & protect & serve!! Period!!!!!"

Yandy Smith-Harris, who originally shared the clip, explained: "Noooooo Nooooo Nooooo!!!!! Not as long as I walk this God Given Earth. I am demanding Hazelton Highschool in PA to FIRE and PRESS CHARGES AGAINST all security that directly assaulted or watched this young lady be assaulted. I don't care what she did! The 8th Amendment of the Constitution states: 'Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.' The amendment is meant to safeguard Americans against excessive punishments especially our babies! Parents, friends close to this situation, please contact me via @bonded4ever or @mysonnenygeneral confirm there has been disciplinary action taken against these vile human beings. My bags are packed and ready to go...who’s coming with me?!!!! YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!!"

One person reacted to the story by saying: "This is sick and absolutely disgusting. He is punching her in the leg to get her to fall then slams her head while pulling her hair....there is no explanation he could give to justify this inhumane treatment. Whoever that girl is that keeps jumping on the table is a real chick and friend for trying to help."

Another commenter claimed: "This is disgusting, those officers that got the physical need to pay for their actions! This is clearly excessive force; there is no excuse for it especially towards a child! 😡Unacceptable action needs to be brought forward towards these officers."

It is rare for Tiny to get engage socially.

First, Let me address the incident in Pa. It is so sad that we as people of color let alone women would have to encounter such physical restraint from not people we see as our protectant. Shame! If this was your daughter what would your heart be feeling right now? Angry! like the actor Liam spoke out side his box with rage about the black man who rape his freind. This is how her parents, Freinds and community feels. As I read what our so call role model and don't get me wrong 50 cent who I love as a go getter twitt so much negative about his son, baby mama, rappers and stars. Nothing positive first as a black man, secondly as a wealthy black man tearing down our sons, daughter and his child. Question? Where are our moral? Where are our cares, where are our love for each other? Respect? Yes, money can buy things but in our final days none of that money will be put in our caskets. Look at CBS the little respect they shown the actors of years bringing the Young and Restless where it is now. No Respect! We as a community of self hate, self love, self money, no moral for ourselves are destroying ours own community. Take some of these moments we have and go back into the communities not for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month , go back to these school and talk with our young men and women about respecting themselves, teach them to use their voice, teach them their rights, get out with all the loud noises you make on Twitter and speak out, March like our people, our ancestors before us did. Take that energy you all Hollywood stars, local star, and rally til we are heard again. Our parents and ancestors marched for equal right. What is happening to this generation of people who use their time and money breaking don't families and friends. Let's get back to stepping in the streets, at the polls and demands what we as people of color are entity to. OUR RIGHTS! I'm just so tired of reading how we are tearing each other down then when things happen to us outside the box we are anger! It starts with us. Lastly, I ask stop being apart of these shows that tears each other down, tear our our familes down, show nothing positive to our young men or woman: Atlanta House Wives. We are our worth enemy! We got to start with US, inside of US! We TEACH who we are, WE TEACH our RESPECT, WE TEACH our live for man kind. Let's come together and stop allowing things like this that happening every day, everywhere to happen without consequences! A non violent March, non violent Ralley ! The Klanman March, the Abortionists march, the Students Against Gun Violent march. Where are we marching for our children? I'm just saying! We got to do more than being angry! We got to be seen!
