Night School star and comedian Tiffany Haddish appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show this week looking amazing in a black dress with a plunging neckline, and she revealed her secrets to getting healthy ahead of her 40th birthday this December.

Haddish made it clear that she will never be 40, but this year she is “turning 21 for the 19th year really soon,” and she has made some lifestyle changes to stay healthy.

“I stopped smoking a year ago,” revealed Haddish. "YouTube videos is how I stopped smoking, I watched YouTube videos like Like Easy Ways to Stop Smoking and We Can Hypnotize You In Eight Hours To Stop Smoking.”

Haddish explained that she played the videos while she slept, and after five days she “didn’t want to smoke no more.” However, there was a downside to kicking the nicotine habit - she’s “been eating like it ain’t nobody’s business.”

To fight the weight gain, Haddish says she found some workout equipment which she called “rich people stuff” that help her stay fit. The 39-year-old explained that she found “cheat machines” where working out for 20 minutes is the equivalent of working out for a whole week.

When DeGeneres asked for more details, Haddish said she would share them later because she doesn’t want everybody in on it.

“I won’t get my 20 minutes, you feel me?” said Haddish.

Then the conversation took an even weirder turn when DeGeneres asked Haddish about rubbing Vicks Vapor Rub on her stomach, covering her midsection with saran wrap, and then putting on a corset. Haddish says that the process helps eliminate fat cells, and then compared fat to mucus. She says she learned all of this on YouTube and it makes you “smooth for a day.”

Haddish also participated in a round of “Burning Questions” where she revealed that her first celebrity crush was Jaleel White, AKA Steve Urkel from Family Matters, and she confessed that she loves to bake naked.

"I've baked biscuits naked a lot," said Haddish. "I get in the bed with the person that's in the bed. That's why I'm making the biscuits, because he did his job, so you get biscuits."

Haddish also revealed that her other favorite naked activities include dancing around the house and cleaning the shower. She also answered questions about what she looks for in a man, what she loves about her body, and what she sleeps in at night.

This fall, Tiffany Haddish will star in a reboot of Kids Say the Darndest Things , which premieres October 7th on ABC.
