And thus far, the twin sister of Tamera Mowry-Housley has come up with some beautiful and uplifting thoughts.
This week, Tia, 41, took to her Instagram, where she posted a stunning selfie while in a pool sans-makeup.
The actress who is rocking an elegant white bathing suit, also showed off her short natural curls, along with a few gray hairs.
