Tia Mowry-Hardrict has once more delighted her fellow moms with a positive post.
The actress recently took to social media, where she shared an uplifting message about embracing her new body after welcoming a baby girl.
The actress posted a photo showing off her natural hair while working out and said she has found it hard to tone her belly, but she is happily embracing her figure.
She confessed: “Got it in! Working on my #core Let’s talk about the #mid-section after #pregnancy! It can be the most challenging! But I’m having fun with it! I’m not too hard on my self. I’m embracing the excess skin and stretch marks. Two amazing beautiful children were birthed, and I rejoice 🙂 🙏🏽”

One fan said: “You’re doing a great job!! You’re an Awesome person inside & out.”
This person claimed: “Man, don’t I know. I’ve had three, and they were all c-sections. I’m getting my core right too.”
A follower stated: “You look amazinggggggg, My twins are now 8 & I need to get motivated #bellybegone again. Oh my gosh, you look stunning.💛. How is your hair grow so fast?!”
This supporter explained: “Hi, Tia! I saw this pose in the article you were in on life after a baby. Great message by the way👏🙏As a yoga teacher, I want to suggest that in the tree pose to try avoid placing your foot directly on the knee. Try either above or below to avoid any possible damage to the knee. Namaste.”
Recently, the mom of two showed off her incredible weight loss and explained: “#17months post-pregnant. I did it my way and in my time. Many women feel the need to #snapback right away after they deliver. That was never the goal for me. I was called #fat during my #pregnancy, and I was called #fat after my #pregnancy. Why do we do this to each other? Instead of #love one another? I will never understand that. I intentionally documented my journey and became vulnerable to show #women that it’s okay to go at your own pace; it is okay to love yourself no matter where you are in your journey. Do not fold to societal pressures. After hard work with just diet and exercise, today, I’m closer to my goal. Do I have loose skin and stretch marks? YES. Guess what?? I LOVE all me, and I want you to love all of you too.”
Tia has inspired many.
