After Jenelle Evans’ husband took to social media to post a homophobic rant, a huge Teen Mom scandal exploded. As a result, other cast members including Leah Messer and Kailyn Lowry decided to boycott the entire MTV show until the network fires the couple!
One insider revealed that: ‘It was one thing when Jenelle posted a pic of herself holding a gun on the same day as the Florida school massacre, but David (Eason) took it way too far.’
The man’s now deleted tweets attacked gay as well as transgender people.
After one social media user called out Evans for having ‘unnecessary weaponry around the house,’ her husband shot back: ‘And just what makes you think you have the right to tell me how to parent. Because you think you know me? Why don’t you go tell the homo and transgender parents to start teaching their kids better morals? Oh I forgot that is supposed to be normal.’
Our insider on set explained that ‘Kail’s not going to let this fly and she thinks it’s complete bulls**t that he’s getting away with this. She’s going to tear Jenelle and David apart on the upcoming Coffee Convos with Kail Lowry and Lindsie Chrisley podcast. Instead of coffee, Kail’s definitely going to be serving tea this week!’
‘Jenelle’s just ignorant, but that’s who she is. MTV needs to make them own up to what they said by firing them. They’re exhibiting hate speech and are getting away with it. Everyone on the cast is appalled. David attacking gays and transgender people is just insane!’ the insider added.
The drama surrounding the problematic pair actually started on New Year’s Eve!
David got upset when MTV stopped serving alcohol at the party and started popping the balloons with a knife!
‘The fact that he was allowed to have a knife alone is just crazy,’ the insider said before adding that ‘The network should be required to respond to David’s behavior because it threatens people’s safety and well-being.’
‘Instead, they’re turning a blind eye because MTV never scolds Jenelle. It is like she can do whatever she wants. But this time she and David have gone too far, and if something is not done now, the other girls will not be filming a reunion.’
