The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will welcome back a few faces that are familiar to us for their eighth season. We will see OG Camille Grammer return in an official Friend of the Housewives capacity, just the same way she has done in the past.
Her fellow OG Adrienne Maloof will also appear during the cast’s massive trip to Las Vegas early in the next season.
There is one particular RHOBH figure who seems to be missing in action all season long for the very first time in this show’s history. We are referring to Kim Richards.
Kim is part of the original cast, and she is also the one who is responsible for the show’s most infamous moments over time.
At the end of the fifth season, she gave up her diamond, but she remained a fixture in the series for the last two seasons. She sparred viciously with Lisa Rinna.
Some people will undoubtedly be relieved that Kim will not be around anymore, but others from the case including sister Kyle Richards have admitted the fact that filming without hr was a bit strange.
‘You know, it’s a little strange not to do the show with my sister, but I respect that she needed to step away,’ Kyle stated for E! News during the show’s premiere party which took place in West Hollywood over the past weekend.
‘She’s enjoying her grandson. I think it’s best for her, actually, this time. It was hard because, you know, we started this show together, and even though we would fight sometimes, we would also have fun and laugh together, so it was bizarre in the beginning. But then I see her with her grandson, and I’m like, Oh, OK. I get it,’ she continued.
The series will return for season eight today, December 19 at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Stay tuned to see what will happen!
