Tekashi 69's situation doesn't look too good after the police arrested him a few days ago. A lot of shocking details have surfaced online, and it's even rumored that he might be spending a few decades in jail if he gets convicted.

Page Six reported that Tekashi ‘has spent years as a  member of the violent street crew “Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods” — which has been accused of murders, robberies and other mayhem in and around Brooklyn, according to the feds in Manhattan.’

The online publication continued and said, ‘The gangbangers also distributed drugs — including heroin, fentanyl, furanyl fentanyl, MDMA, dibutylone and marijuana — in and around Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx, according to prosecutors.’

A couple of days ago, the rapper was denied bail, as reported by the Hot New Hip Hop.

Now, his lawyer is trying to do anything to save him, and The Shade Room brings fresh news.

They reported that his lawyer is 'letting the cat out of the bag and letting the court know that 69 isn’t the gang member he’s perceived to be.'

His lawyer highlights that he’s just an entertainer who is portraying a gangster image to promote his records.

The Blast reported that his lawyer said the following: 'Daniel Hernandez is completely innocent of all charges being brought against him.'

He continued and explained that 'Tekashi is an “entertainer who portrays a “gangster image” to promote his music.'

His lawyer wanted to make sure to tell everyone that this does not make him a member of an enterprise.

'Mr. Hernandez became a victim of this enterprise and later took steps by firing employees and publicly denounced this enterprise through a morning show.'

Celebrities are both supporting and making fun of him. Blac Chyna is the one who posted a joke about his arrest on social media, and Nicki Minaj sent her love and support.

Tekashi’s currently in general population at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. We'll be back with more details.
