Previously, it was reported that cops in NYC were becoming more and more concerned that Tekashi 69 is at the very heart of escalating an East Coast-West Coast Rap War that could turn really violent in the end. Here are the details on what happened and Tekashi's response.
TMZ approached the rapper, as reported by Hot New Hip Hop, as he was being escorted out of a bulletproof SUV.
The reporter asked him to comment on the nature of these latest rumors regarding a potential Rap War.
Tekashi responded by laughing off the police's claims. He believes that the police is basically scared of his massive influence in the streets.
He told TMZ that he feels that they are scared of him. Then, TMZ's reporter also asked him to comment on the Alec Baldwin debacle over a prime parking spot smack in the middle of Manhattan.
Tekashi agreed and he said that one mult definitly defend their real estate even if it means using violence.
Just recently, Tekashi 69 has been sentenced to four years probation related to his 2015 sexual misconduct case.
