Teddi Mellencamp is not worried about getting back to her pre-pregnancy body at all even though during her previous two pregnancies she totally was! What’s changed now that she is about to welcome her third addition to the family?
As it turns out, the reality TV star has taken some small steps while carrying this baby and so, she is not nearly as stressed about her weight this time around.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills celeb had a chat with HollywoodLife to promote her accountability coaching program, ALL IN By Teddi and she took this opportunity to reveal these steps as well.
Asked how she feels about having to get in shape after having baby number three, she revealed that: ‘I’m actually not nervous.’
Since she announced it back in September, it means that she’s getting pretty close to her due date.
Furthermore, she told the site that she was not this relaxed during her other two pregnancies.
‘I mean for the other kiddos, I was a nervous wreck,’ she admitted, adding that she was definitely not eating healthy and was visibly gaining a lot of weight.
‘And the doctors are like, ‘All right, you’ve gained over the healthy amount of weight for the pregnancies.’ And blah, blah, blah. And I just [was] like, ‘Oh, no, what am I going to do?’ [But now,] really, I’ve been active this entire pregnancy. I’ve been eating well…And I know that my program works. And I know that it’s a lifestyle change. It’s not a diet. If you look at it like, ‘I have to diet after the baby comes.’ Yeah. That’s where a problem is going to happen. You’re going to start psyching yourself out and making a big deal of it.’
Obviously, none of that is a big concern for Teddi anymore and that must be a great feeling!
