A kind Tamron Hall has taken to social media to pen a sweet message to her former TODAY show co-host, Kathie Lee Gifford, who is retiring. The television icon will leave Hoda Kotb next April.
Hall posted some stunning pictures of Gifford with a message that read: “Sending love and hugs to @kathielgifford! Thank you for always offering support, love and advice. Wishing you nothing but the best as you take on a new chapter. Some of the best memories I had at Today were because of your infectious joy. God Bless.”
Many are still hoping that Hall will come back to NBC and even replace Gifford.
One person said: “We will miss you so much! You are a true inspiration to so many. You are a Gift from God. Please mention Hall to take that seat.”
Another follower shared: “Nothing but love and best wishes for you Kathie Lee!!! Loved watching you and @hodakotb every day!!! Your just kind, and wise, and so human in every way. Always giving every human soul a fighting shot. You filled my soul, made me laugh, cry, & a BETTER MOM!!!!! ”
This viewer claimed: “These two wonderful and amazing women have inspired me, you will be missed so much KLG. You guys made me laugh so loud every time I watched your show, but most importantly I admired your humbling kindness and excellent sense of humor. Tamron, come back, we miss you.”
A fourth comment read: “Tamron, out of things that I could write this morning, to say congratulations carries a powerful message. But overall you?deserve [email protected] I can’t tell you how heartbroken I am, for myself, yet thrilled for you! You have been a part of my mornings for my entire adult life, and I look forward to starting my weekdays with your bright shining smile and grace-filled look on life. I admire so much about you, including your faith in God and lack of fear in letting the world know that He’s first in your life. I love our Hoda Mamma, and the chemistry the two of you have will be hard to match. As much as I want to say “don’t go!!!”, I know it’s time for you to move onto your next chapter. I wish you nothing but the best and look forward to seeing your dreams come true. You have the love of so many people, including me, because you are so down to earth and we all feel like you’re our friend…a friend that we will truly miss getting to see 5 days a week. ❤️”
