Tami Roman has had a tough season this year on “Basketball Wives.” From receiving backlash for claiming that Evelyn Lozada was lying about her domestic abuse incident to feeling conflicted about marrying her boyfriend — the reality star really went through it. The Jasmine Brand shared an exclusive about a stunt Tami pulled during the taping of the reunion show.
Allegedly, Roman left the set never to return in the middle of the show! Not before apologizing to Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco for saying that she lied about what happened between them.
During a heated argument earlier in the season, Tami said that Lozada told her she would fight her ex-husband. She even added that she knew if the situation didn’t become public, the two would still be together.
Evelyn vehemently denied the accusation and the co-stars of the show agreed that what Tami said was completely out of line.
The Jasmine Brand reports that: “She told Evelyn that she was sorry, thanked everyone for a great season, then walked off the stage.”
Producers were blindsided by her actions.
This may have been the wrong move for the 47-year-old considering that she was in talks for her very own spin-off.
The Mona Scott Young produced series was slated to start shooting this summer. “The Beverly Trill Billies” premise stated that it would be a play on the old sitcom “The Beverly Hillbillys.”
It would follow Tami and Reggie YoungBlood entertaining his family that lives down south. It was also supposed to feature Roman’s family.
However, now that she’s left the producers out to dry during the reunion taping — the fate of her show is hanging in the air.
Either way, Tami’s ‘Bonnet Chronicles’ videos remain to be a huge hit so the star has options.
Do you think Tami made the wrong move walking off set?
