Tamar Braxton Explains Beef With Monica, Her Last Album, And More In New Interview
Tamar Braxton has had some of the hardest years if her life lately. After rumors ran wild that she was quitting the music industry and on the road to divorce, the R&B songstress stopped by "The Wendy Williams Show" to let everyone know what's really going on.
Jumping right into the most current event to affect her husband, Vincent Herbert, Tamar spills on the car accident that he was involved in when he was returning to his California home.
Braxton revealed that she was in Atlanta when it happened and didn't know how serious the crash was. She said that her hubby downplayed it, making it a huge shock that he was hospitalized when she came back into town.
The next topic of discussion answered the question that all of the Tamartians are asking right now: "Is Tamar Braxton quitting music?"
Fans will be relieved to know that she's not done with the entertainment industry; however, her new album, "Bluebird of Happiness," will be her final one.
You can expect to hear more singles and collaborations from the singer down the road.
You can also catch Tamar on tour with the group Xscape along with Monica -- the veteran musician that Tamar was rumored to have beef with.
Luckily, the two have hashed it all out, but Braxton told Wendy how the problem first came about.
Apparently, Tamar unfollowed Monica (along with numerous other celebrities who appeared on "The Real") who decided to block her in return.
"I unfollowed Monica, I unfollowed Tiny, I unfollowed Kandi…I unfollowed everybody that day that posted THAT show [“The Real”] I was rightfully in my feelings, it was nothing personal… and I had every intent on following everybody back because I at least unfollowed 30 people that day. But when I went to go follow [Monica] back, she had blocked me."
Tamar put the drama with Monica to rest alongside the beef that she had with Tiny Harris.
It's good to know that these ladies can put the drama in the past and continue to shine in the music industry.
