A report from Page Six said today that Stassi Schroeder is figuring out what she’s going to do next in her career following her controversial firing from Vanderpump Rules earlier in the year amid the Black Lives Matter protests.
TMZ reported on Thursday that Schroeder is currently speaking with Evolution Media, the organization behind Vanderpump Rules, about what they’ll do together in the future.
As it was previously reported, Stassi lost her job in June after she and Kristen Doute called the police on Faith Stowers, the only black woman on the show. Kristen and Stassi called the police on Faith because they believed she looked similar to another black woman who was being investigated by the police.
An insider who spoke with Page Six on Thursday claimed there is nothing happening with Stassi at least in terms of a TV show, which makes sense because she’s still locked into a contract with the Bravo network for the following half-a-year.
Page Six’s source explained how there are brands and companies that are interested in creating a working relationship, but she hasn’t signed any deals yet. Stassi lost her partnerships with Billie and Ritual due to the Faith Stowers controversy.
An insider said to the outlet that Stassi is at an important pivot point in her life at the moment and she’s unsure how she’s going to proceed forward. However, she and her fiancé, Beau Clark, are gearing up to have their baby in January of this year.
As it was just noted, Stassi had a bizarre 2020. She was fired from the show that brought her fame, Vanderpump Rules, and she got pregnant all around the same time. Since then, the reality star has managed to stay out of the public’s radar.
Earlier this year, Katie Maloney touched on Schroeder and Doute’s firing. She explained how Stassi and Kristen losing their job actually brought everyone a lot closer. Katie said that she never would’ve predicted a pandemic and controversial firing would bring the girls together.
