Things just keep getting worse for Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel. In recent months, two different women have come forward and accused him of sexual assault, rumors have swirled that his girlfriend Ashley Jacobs is an escort, and now he might be facing a lawsuit from an ex.
A new report says that Luzanne Otte, a California lawyer that Ravenel briefly dated last year, claims that Ravenel and Jacobs have been harassing her non-stop and conducted an online smear campaign against her – so she is building a case for slander against the couple.
Reality Blurb reports that Otte recently revealed in an interview that she is a victim of Ravenel and Jacobs, and it all happened after she ended her relationship with the reality star.

Otte says she first met Ravenel in the spring of 2017, just weeks after he started dating Jacobs. Otte is a close friend of Patricia Altschul, and because the two knew each other from Southern Charm, Ravenel asked Altschul to introduce him to Otte. He also promised that he would break up with Jacobs because she is “not a substantial woman.”
Ravenel and Otte dated for just a few weeks before he asked her to move to South Carolina and be on Southern Charm, but she said no. Otte later dumped Ravenel after a “scary night” when she says he went into a jealous rage and accused her of cheating with someone she had never met.
After their split, Otte says that Ravenel and Jacobs started harassing her on social media by creating multiple accounts that they used to mock and impersonate her family. Otte sent the couple a cease and desist letter, but they didn’t stop the harassment.
So now, Otte has hired L. Lin Wood, a law firm in Atlanta, to help her take Ravenel, Jacobs, and a gossip blog to court. It isn’t clear if she will file a lawsuit, but the law firm she hired has previously represented Dr. Phil and JonBenet Ramsey’s family in previous libel and slander suits.

Richard Terbrusch is currently representing Ravenel in his sexual assault cases, and he will reportedly be representing him in the slander case, too, if it does go to court.
Last month, Good Tea reported that Bravo had fired Thomas Ravenel after their investigation of the assault allegations, so he will not be returning for season six. He did not appear at the show’s reunion, but Ashley Jacobs did show up to defend herself and her boyfriend.
New episodes of Southern Charm air Thursday nights on Bravo.
