JD Madison, one of the stars of Southern Charm, is now the second reality star on the set of the reality series to be accused of sexual assault. JD joins the ranks of Thomas Ravenel, who also dealt with his own controversy earlier in the year.
Police in Mount Pleasant, SC, claims a woman approached them and said JD Madison sexually assaulted her on the night of the solar eclipse last year.
In a report from Page Six, the publication states an unidentified woman filed a police report on the 25th of August in which she alleges someone slipped something into their drink.
After a glass broke with a drink inside of it, and a man cleaned it up and offered her another, the woman says she wasn’t able to remember anything after that until arriving at a bar called Vickerys.
Later on, the supposed victim stated they woke up in a guest bedroom with Mr. Madison raping and sodomizing them. She wasn’t able to remember anything during the night and had to piece it all together during lunch with a friend on the 25th of August.
When the publication reached out to the network who distributes Southern Charm, they didn’t respond. As it was noted earlier in the article, these allegations against Madison, 44, comes shortly after those made against Ravenel, 56.
Two women accused Thomas of sexual assault, with one woman being their children’s old nanny, and another woman he met on Tinder. Currently, the police and the production company behind Southern Charm are investigating the charges.
Earlier in the year, Ashley Perkins accused Thomas of sexually assaulting her mother, Debbie Holloway Perkins, one night after meeting on Tinder. The mother of the alleged victim says Thomas forcibly inserted his fingers into her vagina, among other aggressive transgressions.
