In case you missed it, Tekashi 6ix9ine took to his social media account recently to accuse Snoop Dogg of being a snitch just like him. 6ix9ine took aim at the rapper earlier this weekend after his release from a federal penitentiary closer to the beginning of the year.

Tekashi 6ix9ine ushered in a new era of hip-hop in the sense that he's one of the first rappers ever to continue in his career despite the fact he snitched on some of his former gangster associates.

6ix9ine cut a reduced sentence-deal with federal prosecutors in exchange for damning information regarding his former Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods associates.

Since then, Tekashi 6ix9ine, or Daniel Hernandez, has been slammed by other notable rappers in the industry including Meek Mill and the aforementioned rapper, Snoop Dogg. Putting background context aside, Snoop Dogg recently responded to one of Tekashi's claims, although, with subtlety.

Earlier this week, Hernandez went on his social media account to say that there are many rappers out there who aren't quite as clean as some may believe, and Snoop Dogg is just one of them. In fact, 6ix9ine claims Suge Knight has been making this claim for years but nobody has been listening.

According to 6ix9ine, people choose to ignore those who we don't want to label as "rats." On his page, Snoop Dogg re-posted a clip from the rapper, Omar Ray, in which he made a number of bizarre claims about what he was going to do.

6ix9ine wrote in response that making the post was not going to "distract everyone that you are trying to play it off. Explain yourself." On another post, 6ix9ine went on to say that there are court documents proving some of his claims, including some involving Suge Knight about the behavior of other artists.

As you may know, 6ix9ine has been on top of the headlines ever since he was released from prison. His return home hasn't been hailed by many other artists in the industry, including Meek Mill and Snoop Dogg , who haven't stopped talking badly about him since he got out.
