Unfortunately, it's been revealed that Floyd Mayweather's ex and the mother of three of his kids, Josie Harris had passed away. Now, the cause of death has been revealed.

The Shade Room quotes the latest reports from The Blast and noted the following.

TSR said that she reportedly passed away due to an accidental overdose involving Fentanyl and Xanax.

'Reportedly, the medical examiner determined 40-year-old Josie died of an overdose that consisted of the “mixed drug toxicity (Fentanyl, Alprazolam). Alprazolam, which is a medicine used to treat anti-anxiety, is more commonly referred to by the brand name, Xanax.”' TSR writes.

They continue and report this: 'As we previously reported, Josie passed away in March. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. No foul play was suspected or suicide note was found. Please continue to keep the family in prayer.'

Someone said: 'Omg guys please leave drugs alone,' and another follower posted this message: 'Smh damn. You never know what someone is going through! RIP.'

One commenter said: 'I don't know why people play with fentanyl...smh,' and another follower posted this: 'Ppl mostly die from that fentanyl drug. Stay away from that man.'

Someone else wrote: 'None of our business but condolences to her poor children,' and another follower said: 'Fentanyl is NOT to be played with!'

An upset person had this to say: 'This just gets worse. Prayers to her family & to anyone else struggling w addiction rn. If anyone ever needs to talk my dms are OPEN.'
