Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador has spent this season trying to keep it together while going through a messy divorce and launching a new business. But, in the most recent episode of the popular Bravo show, Beador had a breakdown when her co-stars tried to confront her about her attitude.
It all started during a trip to Jamaica when newbie Gina Kirschenheiter voiced her frustrations over Beador not giving their friendship a chance. Then, it quickly escalated to a full-on intervention. Beador’s other castmates — Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, Kelly Dodd, and Emily Simpson — started piling it on and alleged that Beador was depressed and in need of medication, instead of turning to alcohol.
“Are you serious? So, we’re going to do a goddamn f—— straight-jacket intervention right now? Are you kidding me?” Beador shouted. “I feel blindsided.”

Beador then told the producers and cameramen that she didn’t want them to film her. She said that she needed a minute, and she wanted the cameras to stop following her. Beador then threatened to take her mic off.
Everyone’s intentions seemed to be in the right place, but it was still a tough scene to watch.
Judge, Beador’s best friend, stood by her side while going through the divorce. But, in the weeks before the Jamaica trip, Judge felt that Beador was wallowing in unhappiness and neglecting how the rest of the group felt.
Judge explained that Beador’s constant negativity and dwelling on things that don’t matter were getting tiresome. And, even though going through a divorce is hard, Judge said Beador needed to stop treating people so badly.
Others also saw the problem. Simpson questioned Beador’s “erratic” behavior, and Gunvalson wondered if her co-star had “rich girl problems” and was using alcohol as medicine. Dodd said that Beador was depressed, and then noted that David (Beador’s ex-husband) “must have been a saint” to put up with it.
However, Beador was overwhelmed by her emotions and unable to listen to her co-stars as they spoke about her troubles.

When Dodd suggested that Beador should take medication that evens her out, Beador started shouting that she wouldn’t do it, and she is entitled to feel the pain. At that point, Judge lost it and told Beador to go ahead and cry every night, and she doesn’t care anymore because no one can help her.
According to People Magazine, Beador separated herself from the rest of the group by the end of the episode, and that left Gunvalson worried about her co-star. However, Kirschenheiter didn’t have much compassion. She asked why she should feel bad for Beador since she has plenty of money, best friends, and business deals.
Kirschenheiter added that just because Shannon Beador is ten pounds overweight, she isn’t bedridden. So, she needs to get over it.
