Kourtney Kardashian is shedding weight at an alarming rate and isn’t showing any signs of stopping. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is down to a skinny 98 pounds and reportedly has plans to drop even more, despite her boyfriend Younes Bendjima begging her to stop.
The drama has been running high in the Kardashian family lately. Khloe Kardashian just had a baby with her cheating boyfriend Tristan Thompson while Kim Kardashian is picking up the pieces of Kanye West’s latest Twitter rant.
All the while, Kourtney, who turns 40 next year, is reportedly in a mood for trying new things, including her recent nude photo op. Kourtney has gone to extreme lengths to whip herself in the best shape possible for the naked shoot.
Sources close to the reality star told Radar Online that Kourtney radically changed her diet and is taking a slew of supplements to shed fat fast. Kourtney is apparently taking collagen supplements, apple cider vinegar and getting probiotic injections to shed the weight, and she’s doing it all twice a day. She also works out two times a day for a total of three hours. Kourtney’s obsession with dieting and working out has clearly paid off, but those closest to her are worried about her health.
Kourtney’s boyfriend, Bendjima, reportedly wants Kourtney to stop obsessing about her body and gain some of her weight back. The only problem is that Kourtney still thinks she needs to lose around 10 more pounds until she’s satisfied, which could be a major issue giving her current weight.
“Younes tells her she should have more curves, but she’s just gone nuts and doesn’t know when to stop,” a close friend revealed.
Kourtney has not commented on the rumors surrounding her dramatic weight loss or health issues. She has, however, been pretty active on social media recently.
This past weekend, the KUWTK star shared a few videos of her family’s Mother’s Day celebrations, which included a special gift from her kiddos. Kourtney woke up to find rose petals leading to the kitchen, where her kids had prepared a special breakfast for her.
The breakfast followed Kourtney Kardashian’s strict diet, excluding the cream cheese covered bagel, of course. The reality star usually avoids things like dairy, gluten and red meat, and likes to eat a lot of fruits at the start of the day, including bananas, kiwis, and strawberries.
