Wells Adams revealed the reason why he and fiancée Sarah Hyland are not rushing into planning their wedding. There is no doubt the two are very happy and in love regardless of their relationship status so the wife/husband titles are not that important at the moment.
The Bachelor in Paradise star popped the big question to actress Sarah Hyland not too long ago anyway!
While chatting with ET, he opened up about what their plans for the future are at this point in time.
Adams stressed that they are focused on just living in the moment, even though fans have been impatiently waiting for them to set a date already!
‘I’ve said it before, everybody is so invested in the next thing. Like when we were just dating, they were like, ‘When are you moving in?’ And when we moved in, everybody was like, ‘When are you getting engaged?’ …It’s like, hold on, do not forget the destination is not what it’s about, the journey’s what’s fun,’ Wells shared with the news outlet.
He went on: ‘We’re, like, a month into being engaged and I have never been engaged before and I assume I am never going to be again, so I kind of want to enjoy this little time. Also, Sarah’s going to be, like, Pinterest and vision boards and a lot of Elmer’s glue’s going to be involved. So, I think we are just holding off on that.’
Adams stressed jokingly that there’s definitely going to be a wedding at some point.
However, on a more serious note, he made it very clear that their nuptials will not be televised.
