Ryan Gosling Says He's Trying His Hardest To Get A Role In New Indiana Jones Movie
Will Ryan Gosling be in the new Indiana Jones movie? The Notebook actor reportedly has been "working on" getting a part in Harrison Ford's new installment in the Jones' franchise. Just last year, 2016, it was announced Harrison would be returning for yet another motion picture in the popular series directed by Steven Spielberg.
Alan Horn - who serves as the chairman of The Walt Disney Studios - said to E! News in 2016 that Indiana Jones is probably one of the greatest characters and heroes of all time.
He added, "we can't wait to bring him back to the screen in 2019." It wouldn't be the first time Harrison and Ryan have worked together on screen. The pair just finished "Blade Runner 2049" which is set to be released on the sixth of October.
Blade Runner 2049 is the sequel to the original 1982 film that has gone down in history as a cult classic - even one of the greatest science-fiction films of all time.
Horn's statement went on, "It's rare to have such a perfect combination of director, producers, actors, and roles," and the company, as well as Alan himself, are beyond excited to embark on Indiana's next adventure.
In a new interview with E! News, Gosling addressed the rumor that he will play a fundamental role in the upcoming action movie.
The actor said, "I'm working on it man, easy. You just blew it for me. Too soon." Harrison - during the same interview said - "I'm trying to wrap my head around that too. Too soon." Will we see Ryan and Ford together on the big screen again? Stay tuned for more details on the upcoming installment of the legendary series.
