While in attendance at her Diamond Ball, benefiting her Clara Lionel Foundation, the singer talked to E! News, sharing through the outlet some precious advice with her fans. When asked what she would tell her younger self if she ever got the chance, Rihanna simply answered – ‘Sleep!’
‘Because you’re not gonna get to do it in your twenties or your thirties, the way my thirties are starting out. It’s been hectic, but I love it. I love to do stuff. I get bored otherwise, so I like to keep myself busy,’ she went on to say.
Very good advice we all pretty much know in the back of our minds at all times but not always follow.
As fans are aware, Rihanna joined the music industry more than a decade ago, dropping her debut album titled Music of the Sun as well as her lead single, Pon de Replay back in 2005!
Just one year later, she received her very first No. 1 track, SOS.
One of her biggest hits ever, Umbrella, featuring Jay Z, was released in 2007, in case some of you were yet to feel old today!
As for her more recent work, Rihanna dropped her eighth studio record, Anti, and album back in 2016.
But the star is not only limited to being a singer and performer as she is also a well-known fashionista.
As a result of her passion for clothes and beauty, Rihanna started her career in fashion in 2011 by collabing with none other than Armani!
Just three years after, the singer became Puma’s creative director, starting a longtime collaboration with the well-known sports brand.
Finally, last year, Rihanna and LVMH’s Kendo Brands partnered to launch her very own cosmetics company, known as Fenty Beauty which has gotten her a lot of praise as well as money!
With all of that in mind, there is no surprise she hasn’t really slept like in her teens at all in the last decade or so.
