Luann de Lesseps is reportedly having trouble keeping up her sobriety. Days after a judge threatened her with jail time, the Real Housewives of New York star was allegedly caught drinking alcohol at a weekend party.

On May 23, De Lesseps appeared in court because she broke her probation. The reality star was looking at jail time when the judge examined her case and offered a new deal. According to All About The Tea , de Lesseps agreed to attend weekly therapy sessions and take a new prescription drug to help with her drinking problems.

She is also required to use a breathalyzer to ensure that she is not breaking her sobriety. De Lesseps faces serious consequences if she violates her probation a second time, which she may have already done.

Over the holiday weekend, de Lesseps partied it up with several other Bravo celebrities in honor of her birthday. This includes her RHONY co-star, Barbara Kavovit, and Marysol Patton, who is a former star of the Real Housewives of Miami . De Lesseps shared a video of the festivities on social media, and fans noticed that the reality star is sporting a glass of wine in one of the shots.

If de Lesseps was drinking at the party, then it would obviously violate the terms of her probation. Given how a judge was ready to hit her with jail time as recently as last week, de Lesseps might not be enjoying her freedom for much longer.

De Lesseps was arrested a few years ago for assaulting a police officer in Florida while under the influence of alcohol. At the time, she managed to strike a plea deal to avoid a jail sentence.

LuAnn de Lesseps has not commented on the recent drinking rumors. As part of her new deal, the RHONY star agreed to fund a trip back to Florida if she ever breaks probation again.
